With the continual growth of the Kinesis group of companies, the directors and shareholders are please to announce that they have decided to amalgamate its three main UK legal entities.  Kinesis Limited, Kinesis Solutions Limited and Kinesis LM Limited will now merge into one UK Company – Kinesis Limited. 

There are several advantages to this integration, paramount amongst these is the continual drive to improve the efficiency of the service provided to our customers and to streamline the processes you will experience when trading with one company.

Currently, many of our customers purchase products or services from the individual companies; this can require up to three separate purchase orders and ultimately having to make three separate payments.  From 1st May 2008 orders for any product or service available from the Kinesis Group will be placed on Kinesis Limited, likewise the subsequent payments will be made to Kinesis Limited. 

We are positive that our UK customers will see many benefits from this integration and we will ensure these changes are as seamless as possible. Other companies in the Kinesis Group: Kinesis Inc (USA); Kinesis Pty Ltd (Australia); Kinesis-RSS Ltd (UK) and Abimed GmbH (Germany) will continue as independent legal entities and their customers will continue to trade directly with each company.
